Product Description

Water washing filling & capping machine, also called as water washing filling & capping monoblock, or known as water washing filling & capping triblock, or abbreviated as water bottling monoblock, water bottling machine, water filling machine, is the most important machine in a fully-automatic water bottling line.

CGF series washing, filling & capping machine is suitable for the filling and bottling of non-carbonated drinks like mineral water, purified water, distilled water, spring water, etc in PET bottle, with production capacity ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 bottles per hour. In some places, bottled water filling machine can also be used in vinegar filling equipment, wine filling equipment, etc.

Composition of the water washing, filling & capping monobloc:

1. Rinsing system: rinsing gripper dial, separating water dial, water trough;

2. Filling system: liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading cylinder;

3. Capping system: screwing capper, cap sorter, cap falling guide;

4. Driven system: gear-driven, main-motor, gear wheel;

5. Feeding system: guide board, star wheel, conveying chains;

6. Electrical controlling system:Adjusting speed with frequency conversion, PLC, touch-screen.
